Building a product marketing hub for sales enablement

Context

For sales and marketing teams to operate effectively, they need instant access to accurate, up-to-date product information.

Without a centralized source, materials become fragmented, outdated, or difficult to find—leading to inconsistencies across messaging and inefficiencies in sales execution.

To solve this, I led the development of a Product Marketing Hub—a single source of truth (SSoT) designed to streamline access to critical go-to-market (GTM) resources.

Approach

As the leader of this project, my role involved creating, maintaining, and enabling teams to use the Product Marketing Hub.

Hosted on the company intranet, the hub consolidates essential materials—roadmaps, presentations, battlecards, and competitive insights—into one easily accessible location.

Key Actions:

  • Needs Assessment: Conducted research across teams to identify key requirements and content gaps.
  • Content Organization: Curated, structured, and categorized materials to ensure ease of use and relevance.
  • Training & Enablement: Developed onboarding materials and conducted training sessions to drive adoption.

Implementation & Impact

  • Centralized Repository: Established a structured hub as the definitive source for GTM content.
  • Sales Enablement: Equipped sales teams with instant access to updated roadmaps, battlecards, and competitive insights.
  • User Adoption & Training: Delivered comprehensive onboarding and training, ensuring teams could effectively navigate and leverage the hub.
  • Continuous Optimization: Implemented a process for regular updates, keeping content current and valuable.

Outcomes

The Product Marketing Hub has significantly improved internal collaboration and efficiency. Teams now have immediate access to the most up-to-date materials, reducing time spent searching for information and increasing productivity.

Feedback indicates enhanced cross-departmental coordination and more consistent messaging across all regions.
