For sales and marketing teams to operate effectively, they need instant access to accurate, up-to-date product information.
Without a centralized source, materials become fragmented, outdated, or difficult to find—leading to inconsistencies across messaging and inefficiencies in sales execution.
To solve this, I led the development of a Product Marketing Hub—a single source of truth (SSoT) designed to streamline access to critical go-to-market (GTM) resources.
As the leader of this project, my role involved creating, maintaining, and enabling teams to use the Product Marketing Hub.
Hosted on the company intranet, the hub consolidates essential materials—roadmaps, presentations, battlecards, and competitive insights—into one easily accessible location.
Key Actions:
The Product Marketing Hub has significantly improved internal collaboration and efficiency. Teams now have immediate access to the most up-to-date materials, reducing time spent searching for information and increasing productivity.
Feedback indicates enhanced cross-departmental coordination and more consistent messaging across all regions.
